Job Purpose

Salary

 

  • Salary: Salary is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
  • Pay Range: $20,000 minimum to $34,000 maximum

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Conducting regular patrols of the property, including foot patrols, vehicle patrols, or using ATVs, especially in remote areas.
  • Using surveillance cameras and other monitoring devices to detect suspicious activity and ensure the safety of the premises.
  • Implementing and maintaining access control measures, ensuring proper authorization for entry and exiting the property.
  • Responding promptly to security incidents and emergencies, including contacting emergency services and providing assistance.
  • Reporting any suspicious activities or security breaches to management or relevant authorities.
  • Enforcing company policies and procedures related to security, including restricted access, visitor protocols, and safety regulations.
  • Protecting farm assets, including equipment, crops, and supplies, from theft or damage.
